Can I use my own Domain for my Support Desk?


This is great and very affordable but Is there any option to use a custom domain or my own domain for my support desk and not Sub-domain like:

  • facebook.provlem.com or
  • google.provlem.com


It would be great to choose own domain so that small companies like me feel more comfortable using it.

Yes, we allow custom domain but only in Annual plans.
